We know our leaders are busy, and may not have time to regularly build complex reports and dashboards to determine what you should do next with insights from your feedback. AI Assistant delivers the most relevant, urgent, and meaningful guidance directly to you, personalized to your specific role and scope.

How Does AI Assistant Work?

AI Assistant acts as a proactive, personalized partner:

• Daily Analysis: Each day, the Assistant analyzes all platform data within your unique scope (based on your permissions, saved filters, and actions).
• Intelligent Detection: It uses proprietary logic to pinpoint information that is actionable, specific, and relevant to you. This includes specific data points, macro-level trends across the business, and meaningful insights.
• Proactive Delivery: When actionable insights are detected, the Assistant proactively surfaces them right when you log in.
• Clear Guidance: It provides clear, recommended next steps to help you easily follow through on the insights shared.

This process helps you move from an insight about your team or location to an effective action in minutes.

What Kind of Insights Will I See?

AI Assistant surfaces data that is specific enough for you to act on. Examples include:

• Urgent Alerts that require immediate attention.
• Shifts or trends in quantitative metrics (e.g., sudden drops in sentiment).
• Actionable themes emerging from comments and open-text feedback.

Will the Assistant Always Be Visible?

No. AI Assistant will only appear when there are actionable insights to share with you. If the system detects no urgent or meaningful items requiring your attention within your scope, the Assistant will not appear at login. Though you will always be able to access AI Assistant from your platform navigation bar.

How Do I Interact with AI Assistant?

When AI Assistant has a suggested next step, the ability to take that next step will be available immediately within the Assistant. For example, if an emerging trend is identified among open-text feedback, you’ll have the ability to view suggested actions to take in response to that feedback directly from AI Assistant. This ensures you’re able to act quickly to manage important feedback and insights from a centralized location.

• Data Isolation: Our use of the OpenAI commercial API operates with strict data isolation. There is no persistent storage, and data is not shared across requests. Inputs and outputs are not used for model training or service improvements.
• Compliance: We have a formal Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with OpenAI to ensure compliance with privacy and data-protection regulations.
