What is the candidate reschedule policy in WorkStep?
We allow candidates to reschedule an interview one time. By allowing the candidates to reschedule an interview no more than once, this strikes a balance between allowing a reasonable level of flexibility for candidates to accommodate real-life scenarios and not wasting the interviewer's time.
