The WorkStep HIRE homepage gives you an overview of actions that you may need to take at any given time. The top four cards will direct you to different sections of the platform where you may review new candidates, provide feedback on your interviews, or provide status updates on candidates that are further along in the process, and view hires starting this month.
At the bottom of the homepage, you’ll find our Roles Snapshot. These fields will begin to populate with metrics as you engage with your open roles through our platform. These numbers are only visible to your team and are here to help you all evaluate your own internal process and see where there might be room for improvement to influence success further down the hiring funnel.
