Details on each new survey page are below:

Milestone page

  • Responsiveness and Reachability tabs are consolidated into Responsiveness tab and move from legacy Insights page to Milestone page
  • Questions tab moves from legacy Feedback page to Milestone page and only shows Milestone questions

Always On page

  • Always On has moved from the Milestone tab in the legacy Survey page to its own page in the main navigation; this page is visible to users at companies who have created an Always On survey for their company (regardless of whether Always On surveys are enabled or disabled)
  • Always On Questions tab from the legacy Survey page has moved to the Always On page and only shows Always On questions
  • New Settings tab with survey preview and message preview added to the Always On page

New Filters Modal

Filters are now nested in a single modal. This modal will make it easier to see what filters have been applied, and users should experience improved performance when applying filters.

Selected filters will remain as users navigate to other pages and tabs in the platform where those filters apply. When a user moves to a page or tab where there are no filters (i.e, the Settings tab in Milestone, Always On or Exit pages) the filters will clear.

Depreciating the Nudge Feature

With the depreciation of the legacy Survey page, the Nudge feature has also been removed from the platform.
