Aren’t sure how many hires you’ve made in WorkStep this month? We have a solution for this now!A new card on the WorkStep HIRE homepage will prominently display the number of hires you have made in WorkStep with start dates in the current month.   

Reachability Reports for WorkStep RETAIN

Reachability reports give you better visibility into the reachability of their workforce based on available contact information, bounce backs, and opt-outs. 

New Favorability and Responsiveness Charts for WorkStep RETAIN

We have released new Favorability and Responsiveness Charts that allow users to segment Favorability and Responsiveness by any of the custom filter options you have configured for your organization. For example, you can now see Favorability and Responsiveness by Division, Location, or Role.

Alert & Resolution Export for WorkStep RETAIN

We are releasing the ability to export Alerts information including replies sent and resolutions into an Excel file which gives you a complete log of all the actions taken for your most urgent feedback.
