WorkStep's Customer Support team offers several training sessions, free to all WorkStep users. These training sessions cover various topics and best practices to help you listen to and engage with your frontline through the WorkStep platform. WorkStep 101: The Basics: Platform Navigation and Alert Management
Master the most essential features of WorkStep, ensuring you can navigate the platform and can pull insights quickly and effectively. We'll also focus on closing the loop with your frontline employees. This section of the training covers alert management best practices, important tools for responding to and resolving alerts and comments, and a demonstration of how to draw valuable insights and begin action planning to identify areas of opportunity, and improve employee retention.

WorkStep 102: Beyond the Basics - Reports
Learn the ins and outs of WorkStep's Reports feature. Mastering Reports enables users to build custom reporting and easily share WorkStep data more broadly across your organization. This session will cover report building and exporting, including export to PowerPoint and other presentation tools. Come ready to dive in! We strongly encourage you to bring any current reports or data challenges you're facing, and we'll dedicate time to help you troubleshoot and ensure you leave the session with actionable steps and a customized report ready to go.

WorkStep 103: Mastering the Platform for WorkStep Admins
This training is designed specifically for users with Admin permissions and will guide you through mastering User Access to streamline your team’s permissions. You’ll learn how to toggle specific abilities to fit your needs, manage the Workforce page, run Data Exports, and organize your dashboard using Pinned and Shared Reports. We encourage you to bring any current administrative challenges or data goals, as we’ll set aside time to troubleshoot your setup so you can leave with a fully optimized workspace and actionable next steps for your team.
