Opportunities

When leadership begins action planning to improve in a particular area, one of the biggest challenges they face is knowing which initiatives will have the biggest impact. While WorkStep's Favorability Matrix can help leaders quickly identify high and low favorability locations and positions, it isn't the only platform tool that can help leaders decide where to focus their efforts.

WorkStep's Opportunities page helps turn data into actionable insights by highlighting the biggest areas of opportunity within the organization. Here, WorkStep will present opportunities for improvement based on how your organizations compares to WorkStep benchmarking, as well as Turnover Reduction opportunities calculated based on your data.

Ranking Theme

WorkStep themes are organized on the Opportunities page in order of biggest impact potential on your organization's turnover percentages. If the platform is unable to calculate Turnover Reduction Potential, theme ranking will consider Favorability. Custom themes will be included in ranking if Turnover Reduction Potential can calculated. If not, custom themes will appear at the end of the themes list, ranked by favorability.

Turnover Reduction

The Opportunities page ranks WorkStep themes by which have the largest Turnover Reduction Potential. Turnover Reduction Potential is a proprietary WorkStep metric, calculating potential turnover reduction by using predictive analytics to model the impact of shifting employee sentiment from negative to positive.
