Product Improvements:

  • Ability to auto-close conversations after a number of days of inactivity. 
    • This is disabled by default, but may be enabled at a company level for any customer, and the number of days is configurable by customer
  • Sorting of Conversations folder by most recent reply
    • Any conversation with a new response from an employee will automatically be sorted to the top of the Conversations folder.
  • Rotating recurring surveys
    • Ability to rotate survey questions for all tenured employees to optimize response rate

Bug Fixes:

  • Fix to sorting issue on Usage page, Active Users tab to correctly sort ‘Never’ Last Active values to the bottom
  • Fix to max length of comments to prevent errors when employees opt to self-identify
  • Fix to prevent individual survey filters from being sticky when navigating to a page where those are not available
  • Fix to the "Only" button within the filters dialog incorrectly resetting all filters instead of just the filter key being clicked
  • Fix to show company name on the thank you page of the PIT Survey preview
  • Fix to the order of the SMS copy in the PIT survey message preview    
  • Fix to rounding error with the Responsiveness by Attribute component in Reports
  • Fix to how we calculate eNPS within Reports to be consistent with other parts of the platform
