Prioritized Surveys: Instant access to time-sensitive, milestone, and always-on feedback surveys right at the top of the homepage.
Unified Message Inbox: Displays up to 180 days of company updates and direct feedback replies, complete with unread indicators and visual icons.
Contact Management

Self-Service Updates: Workers can view and update preferred contact details anytime via the Profile menu, or via automatic prompts after 90 days of inactivity.

Secure Verification & Priority: Contact changes require verification code approval, after which the updated info becomes the primary channel for future communications.
Role Based Filter Access

Fully self-serve: Admins can now restrict sensitive filters directly in Settings.

Group-based control: Marking a filter as restricted creates a unique Filter Role that can be assigned to specific groups.

Hidden everywhere: Restricted filters are completely removed from reports, segments, and saved filter sets for unauthorized users.

Automatic migration: Seamlessly replaces the legacy Sensitive Filters feature; all existing configurations will migrate automatically.
