Product Releases

• Shared and Pinned Reports: All users with the default retain admin role now have the ability to share reports with others, pin reports to others’ dashboards and pin reports to their own dashboard. These abilities are also available to be granted to any other users.

Product Improvements:

• Saved filters
• Topics in Comment Analysis 
• Notes on all comment types at any time: Notes may now be added on all comment types (alert, positive, regular) in any state (unreplied, resolved, open conversation)

• Fix to retention benchmarks
• Fix to question card and question list discrepancies for select many questions
• Improvement to slow loading times for Inform
• Fix to Overall Favorability previous time range percentage being incorrect
• Fix to search and filtering functionality in Reports share dialog
