WorkStep's Customer Support team offers several training sessions, free to all WorkStep users. These training sessions cover various topics and best practices to help you listen and engage with your frontline through the WorkStep platform. Below is a list of training sessions available, their purpose, and frequency. Use the links listed to RSVP!

WorkStep 101: Basics

Hit the ground running! This bi-weekly training session teaches new users how to use WorkStep. It's also great for existing users who need a refresher. WorkStep 101 addresses the most essential features to help users get the most out of WorkStep's holistic listening solution. Whether you're brand new to our platform, or are looking for a quick refresher course, you're sure to gain a better understanding of the WorkStep platform.

Bi-weekly on Tuesdays at 2p EST/11a PST

WorkStep 102: Insights

Begin drawing insights and action planning in this 102 session. We'll demonstrate all the tools available in WorkStep to help users identify areas of opportunity and start taking action. Tools featured in this session include the Heat Map (Favorability Matrix), Opportunities page, Turnover by Theme, and Comment Analysis.

Monthly on the first Thursday at 2:30p EST/11:30a PST

WorkStep 102: Alert Management

Closing the loop with your frontline is key. WorkStep Admins and Editors will find this training session valuable for improving alert management metrics. We'll share best practices and important tools that will help you respond to, resolve, and manage alerts and comments from your employees.

WorkStep 103: Reports

Learn the ins and outs of WorkStep's Reports feature. Mastering Reports enables users to build custom reporting and easily share WorkStep data more broadly across your organization. This session will cover report building and exporting, including export to PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
